Erica Salzman is a Marriage and Family Therapist in Training. She studied psychology at the University of Wisconsin at Madison and continued her education at Edgewood College, earning her masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. She works with children, adults, couples and families. She sees clients with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, sexual concerns and relational issues.

Erica’s therapeutic approach is grounded in systemic therapy which enables her to see her clients holistically. Systemic therapy focuses on understanding individuals within the context of their relationships and broader life experiences. She often utilizes Emotion Focused, Polyvagal or Attachment centered therapy and has experience in CBT, TF-CBT and Narrative therapy.
