Jennifer Yessa-Kast, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Jennifer received her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and has been practicing since 1998.

Jennifer’s emphasis is working with children 10 years of age and older and provides both individual and family therapy. Jennifer utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, insight-orientated therapy; as well as a family systems model when treating families. Jennifer specializes in treating anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, school or day care adjustment, ADHD, divorce/blended family issues, life adjustments, as well as grief/loss issues.

Jennifer recently completed her Grief Support Specialist certificate through UW-Madison Continuing Education and also works with Gilda’s Club of Madison, a Cancer Community Support Program. She has a strong passion for supporting individuals and families coping with loss, and those affected by cancer.
