“I work with individuals, couples and families. Each developmental stage of your life brings unique challenges. My goal is to create an atmosphere that is positive, supportive, accepting and productive. As a psychotherapist, I feel that it is important to walk alongside my clients in a collaborative manner. This process best enables clients to reach their personal goals and attain a healthy, balanced, life worth living. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family & friends, hiking, sailing, tennis, reading, playing the piano & going for walks with my two pups Bella & Buster.”
